- All illustrators must be Graphic Artists Guild members in good standing. If your membership has expired you must renew before you can participate in the show. New Guild members are eligible to sign up for Picture Show for the special rate of $250, a savings of $45 off the regular rate.
- Only one illustrator is allowed per table space.
- Artists must represent their own work. You cannot bring a friend's work to show in addition to your own or instead of your own.
- Participants may not bring company or time-share their space.
- Your seating assignment will be assigned by the Picture Show committee based on the order of receipt of registration fees. About one month prior to the show, the Picture Show website will display a numbered map of the table spaces along with a corresponding list of names to those numbers. This map will also be available as a PDF so you can print it out and bring it with you the night of the show.
